Your first visit establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your dentist.

You can save some time at your first visit by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment:

All new patients, upon arrival for their first appointment, will be asked to fill out all relevant patient information forms.

Our team understands that your experience with our dentistry extends beyond your teeth. We focus on making your visits as simple, convenient and pleasant as possible.

Some general house rules:

• It is disturbing for both the practitioner and the team if your telephone rings in practice. That is why we kindly request you to switch off your cell phone during the treatments.
• It is forbidden to smoke in the entire practice.
• We do not allow pets
